Our Trainers

OPS can assign a qualified personal trainer to assist in your fitness plan or you can work with your existing trainer. Our trainer’s expertise will be matched with your specific needs. Their backgrounds may vary from sport specialists to general fitness conditioning and rehabilitation, but their high level of commitment, quality and expertise will remain consistent.


Alex Hose

Alex has been working in the fitness industry for the past 5 years as a personal trainer and incorporates a scientific approach in designing specific tailor made programmes for clients.

His training focus is multi-dimensional with an emphasis on functionally based exercises. His background in Western and Thai boxing, Integrated BOSU training and stability ball adds an unique blend in his programming repertoire.

Adam Menhennett

Adam is a leading personal trainer and NASM Educator. Having worked in the fitness industry for the past decade, Adam brings a multi-disciplinary approach to his training, incorporating Pilates, stability ball, myofascial release and a variety of sports-specific modalities.

Adam lectures in the NASM and the Australian Graduate School of Health and Sport Science programmes. His commitment and passion for the industry has earned him a reputation as one of the most thorough trainers in Hong Kong.

Chris Marshall

Chris Marshall has been working in the fitness industry for the past decade. He has a Sports Science degree from the UK and has represented Hong Kong at an elite level since 1998 including two Asian Games in Hockey. He is currently the sports conditioning coach for the Hong Kong National Cricket and Junior teams.

Chris continues to upgarde his knowledge in partaking in a wide range of workshops and certification courses such as the Integrated Corrective Exercise Certification (I.C.E.), BOSU and the XLR8 Bronze award course (Speed, Power and Agility).

Andrew Cox

Andrew is a NASM qualified personal trainer with a wealth of sporting and training experience. He has coached in swimming and life saving, Rugby League and Waterpolo and instructed Capoeira (Brazilian Martial Art) and boxing. As a sportsman, he came under tuition from many high level coaches, including camps at the Australian Institute of Sport.

Fascinated with human performance and efficient movement, Andrew puts his experience and enthusiasm into getting the best results for each client, group or team.

Andy Wong

Andy has been working as a personal trainer for the past 3 years and holds both a NASM and IHFI Trainer Certificate. As one of the top trainers in his former gym, he re-energizes clients with his tailored made programmes. His Therapeutic Back, CorePole and Bosu certifications assist in providing a strong platform in functional core training for clients with postural and back related issues.

Being fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, Andy is one of the most focused trainers at OPS and is committed to promoting "Healthy Lifestyles".

Liza Chan - Sports Dietitian

Liza has recently gained her "Sports Dietitian" title from the Sports Dietitian Association, Australia and has worked with many athletes (elite and amatuer) in Hong Kong. She is a registered dietitian and a Certified ACSM Fitness Instructor and FISAF Certified Personal Trainer. Liza speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin and specializes in weight managment, diabetes, pre/post natal and athletic performance (nutrition).

Richard Clow

Richard has worked in fitness industry for over five years training both groups and individuals. He is a certified gym and Nutrition for Health and Fitness instructor. He has added qualifications in Sport Psychology and Sports Massage and holds a Black Belt in and has taught, Te Ashi Do Karate and studied Capoeira for more than eight years.

His sports massage experience gives him a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology enabling him to treat postural problems, joint mobility and to design and implement injury rehabilitation programmes.

Ross Eathorne

To inspire and guide people to their fitness and wellness potential so they look, feel, and perform better. My extensive and intensive sports experience has given me huge working knowledge of a wide spectrum of fitness applications to help you get results.

Ross is a Level III C.H.E.K. Practitioner, Holistic Lifestyle Coach II and a Golf Biomechanic. The C.H.E.K method involves a comprehensive review of your physical-mental-emotional and spiritual self through posture, flexibility and stability assessment, health and lifestyle appraisal, diet and then converts into an exercise and lifestyle action plan to achieve your goals.

Muk Venkataraman

Muk is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with 20 years of Martial Arts experience and holds Black Belts in Tae Kwon Do and Kempo Karate. He spent 4 years in University running Track and Field as well as a Long Jumper. His love for Martial Arts is what made him change careers from a computer animator. Muk says "making people feel good about themselves and have fun is what I love to do! I would not change this job for anything else in the world!" He incorporates stability training and Martial Arts along with traditional exercise techniques and science to get his clients to their goals.

Janet Ho

Janet Ho is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Kettlebell Trainer. A demanding career as a flight attendant made her realize the importance of fitness and maintaining a work-life balance. Her dedication to fitness has led her to a career change allowing her to apply her new found passion to improving clients wellbeing. Janet is constantly upgrading her knowledge and professional traning enabling her to provide customized, effective and goal specific workouts for clients.

Willie Hung

Willie is a Sports Science Graduate of the University of Hong Kong. He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist. He is also a Level One Athletic coach of the Peking Sports Univeristy, Beijing China. He is a dedicated runner and triathlete. His commitment and dedication to regular exercise is a testimony to his conviction in maintaining a balanced quality of life. Willie integrates cardio and conditioning training with his 10 years of running experience and sports science background to assist clients achieve their goals.
