After learning of all the techniques on how to build a correct body posture and correct way of doing different kind of exercises that will absolutely help each individual to meet that goal of having and living healthy life.

Great class that I felt really was good value for the cost.  Even though it’s only 6 classes, there’s a lot of material that the instructors went over extremely well and in depth if necessary.  It was great to have the instructors take us through what actual PTs do, even if not everyone that takes the class is looking to make a career out of it. Thanks!!
